A new residence was built in 2020 on a small lot abutting a nature preserve and wetland. A gunite pool with bluestone apron were installed as well as supporting utilities including pool equipment, septic system and propane. Due to the small lot and limited setbacks from wetland, equipment locations were set and significant buffering was required to shield views. In addition, a sand filter was placed directly in front of the home and required some creative vegetation and buffer to keep it protected from access by dogs and children.
