A full rehab was completed in 2018 on this 1900’s single-family home including a deck, walk-out basement and new circular driveway and landscape berm. The property is situated along CT Route 234, Pequot Trail which connects historic Old Mystic, CT to Westerly, RI. Given the existing location of the house along a busy road, a landscape berm was created along the frontage to shield traffic noise and to provide some privacy and defined parking areas. Low maintenance plants were selected for seasonal interest and tolerance to road salt.
