Dutch Garden Park in Rockland County, New York was constructed 1934-36 under the direction of Mary Mobray Clark. During the 2009 New City Vision Plan, the park was recognized as a vital but underutilized component of New City. In partership with the Town of Clarkstown & County of Rockland, Behan Associates designed a designated parking area and ADA accessible route to the historic garden as part of the New City Streetscape revitalization project.
