Redevelopment project of the former 17.7 acre Rodman Farm site at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 4 into a winery and vineyard. An existing 5,400 SF barn was renovated into a tasting room with retail , seating and storage. Development Plan Review was approved by North Kingstown Planning Commission in December 2022.

The landscape plans call for protection of existing trees, stone walls, hedgerows and buffering to neighboring properties. A 25’ buffer between the proposed parking area and residential district includes a mixed hedgerow planting to mimic the former farm hedgerows between fields. All proposed plants were selected from the URI Coastal Plant list and are drought resistant.
